Cancellation Policy:

· Cancellation can be done minimum 04 days before journey, without any charges for all services. In case cancellation or changes in the trip is done within 04 days of the pick-up time, then following rules will apply:

· Multi-Day Journey: The first day charges would be deducted from the total amount and refund will be issued to the client.

· Same Day Journey, Airport Pickup or/and Drop: No Refund will be provided.

· Airport Pickup or/and Drop: No Charges applicable if Cancellation done at least 1 day prior of pickup time.

Refund:

· In case of cancellation of your tour by us, you will get the refund of actual amount paid by you.

· If you cancel the tour, the cancellation charges will be applicable as per the above mentioned cancellation policy of Shivneri Travels

· If eligible for refunds based on the “Cancellation & Refund Policy” as mentioned above, then the refund will be given back to you in 5-7 working days. In case of any issues please contact us.
