General Terms & Conditions:
· Tariff charges are exclusive of taxes
· 50% of advance payment will be compulsory on the cab, Bus, Traveller booking
· The start and end point of the Car rental office will be
considered for Rental rate calculations.
· The booking confirmation will be given on the registered
mobile number of the Client
· Rents are calculated on 12-hour basis starting from the start time.
· Night charges are applicable if the journey extends after
night 12:00 midnight, extra day will be counted for calculation, irrespective
of the Start time.
· During the trip, if the vehicle gets Damaged/ Dirty due to the
Guest, either intentionally or accidentally, entire Repair / Cleaning cost
should be borne by the Guest.
· The package contains only travelling cost of the vehicle.
Parking charges and Toll charges, Border Tax, Your accommodation, food, entry charges,
guide services, etc are not considered.
· Actual Distance travelled will be taken for final rate
calculation.
· Vehicles are subjected to availability. However if the chosen
and booked vehicle is not available at the time of journey, equivalent vehicle
will be arranged in the similar segment.
· Smoking, Consumption of alcoholic drinks and other narcotic
substances in the Vehicle is strictly prohibited as per government norms and
rules.
· Shivneri Travels cannot be held answerable or accountable for
any loss due to any delay, consequential loss caused due to traffic jams, or
reasons beyond or control.
· Shivneri Travels cannot be held accountable or responsible for
any damage or delay suffered by the customer due to force majeure events.
· Discounts shown are only for indicative purpose, actual amount
of discounts and savings offered depends on actual travel & facts.
Payment:
· There are various kinds of ways for Payment during booking,
thru Cash, Online transfer Net Banking, Google Pay, Bhim, Paytm, Phone Pe, UPI,
NEFT, RTGS.
· Payment can be done in personal or thru online transfer &
on self-behalf or for sponsoring others.
Cancellation Policy:
· Cancellation can be done minimum 04 days before journey, without any
charges for all services. In case cancellation or changes in the trip is done
within 04 days of the pick-up time, then following rules will apply:
· Multi-Day Journey: The first day charges would be deducted
from the total amount and refund will be issued to the client.
· Same Day Journey, Airport Pickup or/and Drop: No Refund will
be provided.
· Airport Pickup or/and Drop: No Charges applicable if
Cancellation done at least 1 day prior of pickup time.
Refund:
· In case of cancellation of your tour by us, you will get the
refund of actual amount paid by you.
· If you cancel the tour, the cancellation charges will be
applicable as per the above mentioned cancellation policy of Shivneri Travels
· If eligible for refunds based on the “Cancellation &
Refund Policy” as mentioned above, then the refund will be given back to you in
